Item description: * See scan - absolutely perfect condition. This is a scarce and fantastically crafted turn of century Edwardian pierced platinum diaomd brooch / bar pin. The brooch has a total of 61 brilliant cut diamonds weighing a total of about 1.2-1.5 carats. The centerpiece larger diamond is of around 0.35-0.40 carats and is a perfect VS1 clarity F-G color one. The brooch is 74mm long by 17mm wide and is a fantastic mixture of flower / floral motifs and spider like web scrolls of pure platinum. Net weight of the brooch is 10.2 grams. No visible hallmarks, but most certainly of French or Austrian manufacture. Lifetime Guaranteed Authentic Edwardian piece! Absolutely scarce antique jewelry / jewellery collector piece made by a true master jeweler. One of the fantastic examples of early Edwardian platinum jewels and brooches.
